sigh why Why WHY … Am I such a “smart ” ass to even thinking holding the pole of the chiffon tin to carry to the oven… Almost all spill out!
Anyway, the cake turned out super dark green due to the Japanese Green Tea Powder that I used. Should have halved the amount. The eggs are rather too large, so the cake was too moist (wet) the next day. Cake overall is not too tall due to the spill.
