Thought it was easy to make these jelly since I made them easily during the baking class, realized it’s the different environment that will change the steps taken.
Took me 3 hrs to make these jelly even though it’s just heat, mix, melt, pour and fridge.
The polka dots was melting in other glasses when I was pressing the dots into the empty ones. I quickly put those still resemble like dots into the fridge and redo the rest.
In the end, because I put in the fridge before pouring the orange jelly into the cups, the milk dots “stick” nicely on the glass.
Verdict : Feedback was the jelly too sweet, milk jelly taste better, jelly taste like pudding.
Hm…. Maybe reduce gelatin and sugar
