Minion Fondant Cake with Strawberry shortcake filling and vanilla sponge cake

Made this for my friend’s birthday.
Minion cake using 7″ round vanilla sponge cake learned from Richard Goh(RG) from AMK CC. in stage 1 with Strawberry shortcake filling ~ special yummy whipped cream learned from Valerie Kong from Tiong Bahru CC.

Fondant rolling was learned from RG’s decorating class which is a MUST go else where to learn all the basic techniques?!




Extra 6″ cake with leftover cream and strawberries….

Honestly, using cake flour and castor sugar really makes a lot of difference !
