Sponge Cake Roll

For the 2nd time after attending almost 16 lessons from Richard Goh’s classes, I finally attempt the basic sponge cake recipe. Tomorrow is the last day of stage 3 baking class and wanted to attempt this Swiss roll before I go for the class…

    First Look : Went in Oven


Maybe I didn’t smooth the surface properly or my oven is tilted, notice that the cake is slanted! Ha Ha


    I spread some jam and roll!



Verdict :

    Dad say “not bad”😜
    Mom say ” ok loh”😏
    I say “think I nailed this one…” *Grin*
